Aileen Quinnis an American TV and film star. The role for which she is best known was the character of Annie that she played in the movie of the same name. She portrayed the character of Annie with such a depth and durability that Annie is still alive in the minds and hearts of people even after such a long time.
Aileen Quinn received her early schooling near her home. Along with acting, she was also much interested and involved in music. She joined her music classes under the command of Russell’s belief. Russell was a famous illustrious music teacher.
Aileen initiated her career as an actress in 1982. She began her career with the lead role in a movie. Her performance in the role of Annie was not only her success but an opportunity to enter the world of showbiz in Hollywood. In the same year 1982, she was selected for dubbing her voice for a film “The Wizard of Oz”. Though her acting qualities were unbeatable and incomparable but no doubt her voice was too good to be true. In 1983, her voice was again used in the movie “The Charmkins”.
Her most famous work was Peter Pan, Saturday Night Fever, and Fiddler on the roof and above all her performance in “The Frog Prince” was much appreciated.
She went on to take a long break from industry and after showing a huge gap, she starred in a TV series in 2004 and recently she is working on numerous projects including a film. This movie she will be appearing in is directed and produced by Mario and will be finalized by 2010.
