A case was filed back in 2008, linking Alavi Foundations in U.S.A to ASSA Co., a company in U.K. Allegedly Iran’s Melli Bank operated Alavi Foundation through ASSA Co.,

To understand the new complaint against Alavi foundation it is important to understand the full background of the story.
