Alex Kozinski was born on 23rd of July, 1950 in Bucharest, Romania. When Alex Kozinski was 12 years old, his parents migrated to United States along with Alex. After migration the family settled in Los Angeles, Los Feliz, California, then Alex Kozinski`s father (Moses) started to run a small grocery store. Alex Kozinski did his graduation from “University of California, Los Angeles” from there he got A.B degree in 1972 and received J.D degree from “UCLA School of Law” in 1975. Alex Kozinski is currently working as a “Chief Judge” of the “United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circut”, judicial commentator and an essayist.

Latest new about Alex Kozinski is that he was admonished by a panel of his colleagues because of posting sexually unambiguous material on Internet server which is easily accessible by the public (report made by public today).According to the report by Anthony J. Scirica, they found that the custody of sexually explicit unpleasant material of judge plus with his negligence in failing to safeguard his bubble of privacy; and judicially imprudent. The panel found that Alex Kozinski still allow such unethical material to stay on the Internet, even after realizing that material could easily be accessible by the public.

Alex Kozinski is punished under Scots law for “Exhibiting Poor Judgment” as it created a public argument which can sensibly be seen as having consequences in humiliation to the federal judiciary.

Because Alex Kozinski admitted the guilty and took “Corrective Action,” the judges ruled that the corrective proceeding should end with a punishment under Scots law.
