ALS Disease symptoms: This disease makes the muscles weak and causes atrophy in the whole body because lower and upper efferent neurons degenerate and it blocks the muscles for sending messages. Because the patients of ALS disease cannot move their muscles that is why muscles become weaker with the passage of time and makes twitches due to denervation and finally it results in atrophy. The patients of ALS disease may also lose the power to carry out control over the voluntary muscles motility; bladder, the muscles of the eye and sphincter muscles usually gave up their work.

The professionals told that in the start this disease is often unnoticed. The most former symptoms of this disease are apparent weakness or atrophy of the muscle and this is accompanied by cramping, twitching and inflexibility of struck muscles. This causes the muscles become weak affecting legs or arms of the body dysfunctional. As a matter of fact this is due to the degenerating of efferent neurons. If the

patient is without such sypmtoms and has not atrophy or limitation of the muscles then he does not have this disease.

About twenty thousand people of the US are the patient of this ALS disease and about five thousand people Americans are diagnosed of this disease. This disease is amongst the basic diseases related to neurons in all over the world and all the people whether they are black or white can be equally become victims of this disease. The people from forty to sixty years old are more affected by this disease but younger people can also have this disease.
