Its not only the food chains in USA who celebrates the great day to remember the army men and women of World War I, other businesses like Home Department and Indianapolis zoo are also involved to grace the Veterans Day. They introduce and offer great deals as free entry and discount on normal prices for this particular day.
The entry at Applebees is also free for the military men and women; they just need to show their identity as a proof that they are in service or have retired from army to enter and to enjoy the offer.
Veterans Day is celebrated on 11th of November. The day has been dedicated for the military forces that fought in the World War I and especially for those who lost their lives during the war.
The Veterans Day is honored by all Americans every year, people visit the graves of the army men who got killed during the World War I and decorate their graves with flowers. The Remembrance Day is to remember the hardship faced by people and army in World War I.
