Candy Vigneri is a Maryland woman who is 44 years old. Today the news came out about Candy Vigneri is that she gave a birth of her child (baby girl) on “portable toilet” on early Monday. But not just this Candy Vigneri dropped the new born inside the squander tank after giving birth to her child. According to CNN, Candy Vigneri asked for the cigarette from a construction employee and sat on a picnic table after closing the transferable toilet in “Long Wharf Park in Cambridge”. According to the police Lt. Wayne Bromwell; when a person approached to the toilet, Candy Vigneri told him that she had a baby inside the toilet and warned him not to go and use the toilet. The person called for 911without any further delay.

Then Candy Vigneri went back to the toilet for bringing back the newborn from the polluted liquid at the bottom of the tank.According to the police, when emergency responders reached at the scene they found that baby was insensitive and covered with a blue uncontaminated chemical agent. Candy Vigneri told the officers that she did not knowledge of her pregnancy. But Candy Vigneri was arrested by the police on this Wednesday on charges of “Irresponsible Endangerment, Child Abuse and is being detained on a $50,000 bond.

Now the baby is in steady situation at “Easton Memorial Hospital”. “Dorchester County Social Services” will take care of the newborn after when she free from the hospital.
