The court will commence hearing on the Casey Anthony case on Friday, December 11. The Casey’s parents have been summoned to make statement in the court, Fox News reported. Casey was the mother of two-year old baby girl who disappeared in 2008 was actually murdered.

Her mother was accused by the police of her murder. Caylee’s death was confirmed when her remains were found six months later after her death when a meter reader found them on December 19, 2008. The medical examination and DNA test revealed that the remains were of the daughter of Casey. Her mother Casey was charged with first degree murder of the toddler. Now a pertinent question arises why Casey was accused of her own daughter’s mother? The investigators suspected her for the murder of her own daughter when she did not report to the police for her daughter’s disappearance for one month. This serious omission of a natural act strengthened suspicion against her.

The post mortem report revealed that she has been murdered by some unidentified means. The mother was charged with first degree murder of her daughter and sent to jail pending the criminal proceedings in the court.

The family members of Casey are of the belief that she is innocent. The defendants will testify in the court today on December 11.George and Cindy Anthony will be testified by their attorney, Brad Conway. The defendant will ask for the prevention of video coverage of Casey’s visits to jail. The defendants will also raise objection regarding the legality of death penalty in Florida State.
