Dame Edna character is the character of a 75-year-old woman played by a versatile Australian comedian Barry Humphries. Barry Humphries has hosted many TV shows and wrote numerous books as Dame Edna Everage. Very frankly Barry Humphries is much more famous as Dame Edna. Barry Humphries would like to airbrush modify personality Dame Edna Everage from his life. Now Dame Edna “Barry Humphries” wants to write his own obituary and the characters he has played in his last 30 years or so.

Dame Edna “Barry Humphries” is keen to get rid of the spectacle to be a female ruler will astonish admirer, even though the titles of his impending tours will be an intimation at his feelings. His tour for U.S that started on 10th March, 2009 has reached to San Diego. Dame Edna is on the loose again from 2nd June to 7th June, 2009 she will be performing in San Diego Civic Theatre.

Whereas in the second leg of the tour while will start on 22nd September when Dame Edna will be performing in UK. His U.S tour is named as Dame Edna: My First Last Tour while U.K tour is known as UK Last Night of the Poms.
