Daylight savings time (DST) is an important factor for people working across different zones. It helps in some billing issues and cut some cost of utilities required to work at night. Daylight savings time was first implemented on 31st March, 1918. This law was first brought in at the World War1 and World War 2. The daylight savings time is adjusted at 2 am it was applied to save the day timings in which the clocks are advanced 1 hour according to standard time. The clock is adjusted to put affect in the summer timings. Last year in 2009 a great confusion was created when the time scheduling was switched from October to November.
Daylight savings time 2010 will start on March fourteen. These times difference is set in the U.S. by the U.S. Department of Transportation. People can track their change in clock timings at the www.timeanddate.com. Different countries might change their summer timings each year. Daylight savings time 2010 and the years to come are already been adjusted.
Continents such as Australia, some part of Asia and South America don’t participate in daylight time saving. Daylight savings time 2010 will be followed this year on the 14th march. The second Sunday of March is the official daylight savings time 2010. It is confusion for the people to change their clock twice a year but it sure helps to conserve the resources. Some locations such as Puerto Rico and South America region do not follow daylight savings time (DST). Daylight savings time 2010 will end on the seventh of November
