But addicts just eat up many lollipops within few minutes enhancing its concentration in the blood.

The price of ACTIQ is around nine dollars but its illegal sale value is around twenty dollars. But the company (afraid of ban), is of the view that their product is not being misused to greater extent in the state or elsewhere.
