The American actress who worked in the role of Alice Horton in the Soap Opera “Days of Our Lives” deceased on Wednesday, 3rd February.

Frances Reid has been acting in the matriarchic character in the television soap which had been played for the third longest time in the Television history in the America as it started out on 8 November 1965 and last came back in December 2007. She made her first appearance on the TV edition of the radio drama named Portia Faces Life which ran from the year 1954 to the year 1955. She then acted in the role of Grace Baker on “As the World Turns” from the year 1959 to 1962, as well as portrayed Rose Pollack on The Edge of Night back in 1964.

She was in reality irresolute to admit the character in Days of Our Lives, which she acted as for about 40 years.
