James Frey Son
The renowned writer and author of best-sellers A Million Little Pieces and My Friend Leonard speaks his heart on the World Aids Day. James Frey talks about his son who passed away in July from a genetic neuromuscular disorder. James Frey’s son, Leo, was only 11-years-old when he passed away.
On December 1, World Aids Day was celebrated to spread awareness about Aids and HIV. Many organizations conducted seminars and charity events to spread awareness and to raise funds to support Aids prevention activities in different regions of the world. James Frey is one of the many notable figures of the country who have been supporting the fund raising ceremonies for Aids prevention and cure in African countries. James Frey has collaborated with Bugaboo Stroller company and has designed a unique, one-of-its kind stroller for the kids. The stroller is exhibited and made available for purchase on eBay. At this occasion, in a message released on the World Aids Day, James Frey remembered
his son Leo and said that the red color reminds him of his lost son. He said that this color reminds him of the pain which the families feel when their loved ones leave them and as he has experienced this pain and misery he would never want for anyone to experience it. James Frey said that the children dying with Aids can be helped and their families could be saved from this pain. In his heart rending message James Frey remembered the loss of his son and said that by helping these kids we can make them live their life for long and can help them pursue their dreams which his son, Leo, could not do.
