Police has arrested the comedian Katt Williams on charges of burglary on Monday. But he has pleaded not guilty and has denied the charge against him and deeming it as just a misunderstanding. He denied the charges on the ground that he was actually attempting to use a crowbar in the house.

His lawyer is confident that the case has no ground and his client has done no wrong and allegations against him are frivolous. The lawyer of Williams narrated his version that his client was at the residence of Barry Hankerson when and his staff member engaged in dispute.

Hankerson told the police officials that he had allowed Williams to stay at his residence where he was blamed of burglary. If it is the whole story then it is quite a groundless case to plead him guilty of burglary. The two contradictory statements of the house owner have tarnished the story to declare it as “burglary” e.g. the contradiction of “permission to live in the house” and “breaking in” Williams is a famous artist and had played roles in many films “Friday after Next” and “Norbit”.

Some critics are deeming the charges as true and are of the view that the comedian uses indecent and abusive language in his movies and this may provide an insight of him what sort of person he is.

The police have accused him of a bundle of charges like stealing $3500 jewelry and coins along with other charges of criminal trespass. Reports says that he has been released on bail but the fans are disgruntles why he did so. Some are regarding it as a rumor and some other suspecting him of using drugs or having mental disease.

The lawyer of Williams is of the view that actually it was an already-annoyed staff member who wrongfully named Williams for the loss in the house.
