As the house owner and Katt Williams have some differences developed between them, he was accused of the incidence.

This is not the first time that Katt Williams has a brush with law. He was caught driving a numberless car and as the vehicle was searched, illegal weapons were discovered. He had also been caught carrying a gun in his luggage at an airport. His new comedy album is among the top 10 on the charts.
