According to the business news, CA said that it has reached a $200 million agreement to buy NetQoS. CA mentioned that it plans to complete the deal by the end of the year. The deal is an all-cash in which CA has to pay the amount according to the agreement between the officials to buy the share rights of NetQoS. Once the payment is made, the NetQoS workers will become CA employees. NetQoS is a software company which provides network management software and software application for network performance management and response time analysis. NetQoS has recently acquired the technology to detect faulty areas in the network for smoother networking.

According to CA officials, NetQoS will also provide a new, updated spectrum management software to CA. Ca officials also said that the NetQoS technology would help CA to strengthen its capability to provide cost-effective, efficient IT solutions to its customers.

NetQoS is a leading network management company with more than 1000 employees and annual sales of $56 million. CA officials said that majority of the NetQoS employees will remain posted on their current positions. CA will pay $ 200 million in cash by year 2010.
