The invisible and supernatural creatures have always been a subject of enormous curiosity for the people. The gigantic evolution of science has developed the mind-set of scientists to define everything under the purview of logic and rationale. Robert Bess does not have fear of any paranormal creatures. He has invented a ghost capturing machine called as the Parabot, a shorter expression for ghost containment cell.

He will be demonstrating live how this device works. The inventor will try to catch the ghosts using this machine during his visit to the Trans Allegheny Lunatic Asylum. The show will have a live telecast for seven hours and the device will be tested. Before the test is conducted, Bess gave a demonstration of the ghost-catching machine. He works at Richmond on printing outlet and it is where the device is kept. The machine is more like a coffin-shaped box. A remote controlled device has magnets to detect any magnetic field. There are green lights which light up the box.

There is a metallic coil inside the cell as well. The cell contains the sensors which alarm when an electromagnetic field is detected inside the cell. An interesting thing about the Parabot device is that it can be controlled from a remote area. The doors of the box are at once shut with a buzz as soon as the sensors detect a wave-length. The coffin is carried away from the haunted place on its wheels with the left-right and up-down options that can turn and twist the box in order to make way. All this can be done by the remote control.

The theory behind the construction of the machine suggests that Bess is of the view that ghost may have physical characteristics and can be trapped like a mouse.
