Peace is the product of Faith, Energy, Strength, Imagination, and the victory of principle. Peace can never be achieved by passivity and quietism. This is the thing you can feel but you can’t see.

Signs have their own language even in this modern world signs have their own significance; we can show our emotions with signs or with symbols, and can share anger, love, sympathy, peace and many others.

A peace sign is a depiction or illustration that has come to signify peace. Previously peace was symbolized by a dove and the olive branch or a dove holding an olive branch in its beak and this peace sign has been changed afterward with the passage of time and during Nuclear Disarmament campaign, a V hand sign came into use universally.

This V-hand sign was not the final sign of peace; an internationally acknowledged peace sign was initially designed for the British atomic demobilization movement. This was a flag designed and finalized on February 21, 1958 by a skilled and certified designer Gerald Holtom.

This peace sign was later approved and implemented by CND (the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament).

The peace sig, white flag first recognized in the US in 1958 when an antiwar activist and demonstrator, Albert Bigelow, sailed his tiny boat furnished with the CND banner or flag into the locality of a nuclear test.

The peace flag is a succession of 7 spectral stripes having a word of peace written in the center. The first flag made was embellished with the word PACE.

Different countries have their own signs for peace even different people living in the same country express their emotions for peace in different way. The traditional symbol in Japan for peace is Crane. A very unique item that symbolizes peace is the Japanese Peace Bell. This was a gift to the United Nations from the UN Association of Japan. Date palms are symbols of peace and prosperity in Judaism.
