Saints vs Cowboys Score is not going to change. It was a win for Cowboys at 24-17.

First Quarter Second Third Fourth Total

Cowboys: 14, 3, 7, 0, 24.

Saints: 0, 3, 0, 14, 17.

New Orleans Saints has had made a franchise record for 13 straight wins. Saints give in for their first defeat of the season to Dallas Cowboys in a game that seemed a one way game for Cowboys.

The Cowboys remained in charge of the game for full three quarters. It was the last quarter that lit a ray of hope for Saints to equal the game and then push it into extra time to struggle for a win but as the saying goes it is game…Nick Folk, the field kicker from Dallas missed the crucial 24 yard goal. If and only if Nick would have managed to score the field goal his team would have gotten two points ahead of Cowboys but there were many ifs and buts for Saints on Saturday night.

The fiery Cowboys came out and scored 14 points for 1st quarter. Both teams managed a single field goal against each other in the 2nd quarter.

The second half witnessed Cowboys scored only one touchdown. This touch down was a seal on their victory. Two consecutive touchdowns from Saints in the 4th quarter were not enough to turn the figures in their favor on the score board. The Saints could also face shocks!

Romo and Barber were Dallas stars. Drew Brees was the New Orleans star.
