Mr. Scott Fenstermaker is an experienced lawyer with extensive background in criminal and taxation related cases. He serves the NYC and adjacent areas. Scott Fenstermaker is representing Ali Abd al-Aziz (Ammar al-Baluchi). Abd al-Aziz has been charged to have assisted his uncle Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, in carrying out the 9/11 attacks. He is also said to have been actively involved in fund raising for Al-Qaeda’s clandestine activities. Born in Baluchistan – Pakistan, he was raised in Kuwait. The result of those meetings is that the 5 top most detainees would accept their part in making 9/11 happen and instead would elaborate the circumstances and faulty U.S policy that resulted in the attacks.

It is to be noted that Bush Administration had invited Al-Qaeda’s top management prior to 9/11 and all Al-Qaeda heads were treated as State Guests. Osama Bin Laden was provided all the necessary training and weaponry by U.S to fight against Russians in Afghanistan.

It was a typical Frankenstein scenario in which the monster created was Al-Qaeda and as U.S interests in Afghanistan waned the monster turned against the master.
