This is amazing and true that you can see things from space, which went unnoticed for years if you are on earth. Students at Sutton Grammar School U.K have proved this by using the bricks on their school roof to spell out a renowned certain word for a certain part of male anatomy “c*ck”. The prank went unnoticed for years until it was spotted by satellite, in a Google Earth image.

Gordon Ironside the headmaster of the Surrey School said that it was a light-hearted act but he wants it to be removed because according to him it was rude.

There is a venerable legend that the Great Wall of China is the only manmade construction, which can be seen, but in reality, many manmade objects and constructions can be seen from Earth orbit.

The earth orbit is just 217 KM or 135 miles high and astronauts have seen many things from an earth orbit such as dams, highways, airports and even big vehicles. Cities can evidently differentiate from surrounding countryside. International Space Station that circles the earth at only 400Km up in the orbit has seen many of the above-explained objects.

The science officer of Expedition “7” aboard the Space Station astronaut “Ed Lu” said that you could see many thing and objects from space; he said, “With binoculars you can see pyramids from space” it is a bit difficult to track them with your naked eye, but if you try hard enough you can see them with just your eyes.
