Gia Carangi, an American model, was born in January 29, 1960 at America. Gia Carangi has reputation to be the first Supermodel from Late 1970s to Early 1980s, even this admiration is also given to other models like “Janice Dickinson, Cindy Crawford and Dorianleigh”. Later on, Gia Carangi was named as “Baby Gia” as her similarity to “Carangi”. She presented odd pose, gesture and facial expressions for the first time in fashion industry.
Later on, Gia Carangi became “Heroin”, even though her modeling profession turned down rapidly. Gia Carangi was then infected by “HIV AIDS”, which was a new virus at that time. Because of her serious condition she was admitted to “Hahnemann University Hospital” in Philadelphia. Her mother was taking care of her at Hospital and she hardly permitted anybody to see Carangi. As AIDS levied in her body, Supermodel was not seen on the screen after such infection. At last, she could not get rid of such infection and died in the age of 26, around 10:00 am on 18th of November, 1986.
On November 23rd, Gia Carangi’s interment was held in Philadelphia. No one from fashion industry had attended her interment even her old friends also have not taken part, which belong from Philadelphia. Gia Carangi has finished her final photo shoot and she added in the memories of people.

Later on, Gia Carangi was called as “Baby Gia” because of her similarity to “Carangi”. She presented unusual poses, gestures and facial expressions for the first time in fashion industry.
