Latest story about Tila Tequila and Shawne Merriman is that, linebacker from San Diego Chargers team has been charged of chocking Tila Tequila from MTV. Few weeks ago when practice coach Norv Turner mentioned something about nice and quite football season, so much for nice and quit summer for the team. Professional rookie Shawne Merriman has been charged and arrested under the suspicion of beating and chocking his female acquaintance Tila Tequila from MTV.

According to the reports Tila Tequila and Shawne Merriman went at a Birthday party at some night club in downtown San Diego and after staying there until closing time, both came back to Merriman’s place in Poway alongside some other friends and that is where this supposed incident took place.

Later in the night police responded to a 911 call made by Tila Tequila, when police arrived at Merriman’s place both were found in the driveway, Tila Tequila was pretty pleased and relaxed to see that Police is going to arrest the super-star linebacker, she was later taken to the Hospital by an Ambulance, spokesperson for San Diego County Sheriff’s Department Jan Caldwell told the media personals.

Tila Tequila signed a citizen’s arrest, and according to the law when someone signs citizen’s arrest Deputies are bound to make an arrest. There were a number of other people and friends present at the time of the incident police have questioned them about the alleged incident, according to reports Tequila was drunk, but it remained unclear that whether Shawne Merriman was in the similar state or not.

It feels Tequila is ready to take this case out to any extent as her lawyer Scott E. Leemon stated “This is a very serious matter in nature in which domestic violence is involved and defendants, Miss. Nguyen and her representatives will not release the facts and circumstances of the incident publicly.

It would be better if I tell you that Tila Tequila real name is Tila Nguyen.

Whereas, San Diego Chargers G.M A.J. Smith said “it is very disappointing to hear that Shawne Merriman is involved in such issue, but we will continue to observe the situation closely and let the legal process run its course”.

This incident is going to be a one big headache for San Diego Chargers as the season is underway their first game is on 14th September at Oakland and Shawne Merriman is no small matter to over look.
